REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

These conditions apply to orders placed from their date of update.

Digital Products

The products sold on alehprod.com are primarily digital content available for download.

After payment validation, the customer can access the file corresponding to the purchased product by means of a secure link.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in principle have a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.

In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Before payment, the customer ticks a box, unticked by default and mandatory to proceed, by which they request immediate access to their digital product after payment and acknowledge that, as soon as it is made available, they will no longer be able to exercise their right of withdrawal. This consent is recorded with the date, time, order and version of the accepted text, and then confirmed in the order confirmation email, sent on a durable medium when the content is made available.

Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate availability after purchase, sales are considered final as soon as the digital content is made available, immediately after payment confirmation, subject to the customer's prior express consent, their acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal and the confirmation required by law.

As soon as the digital content is made available, immediately after payment confirmation, and provided that the customer has previously given express consent, acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal and received the confirmation required by law, no refund can be granted for a simple change of mind.

This policy does not affect consumers' statutory rights and guarantees.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

As long as the digital content has not been made available, or if the legal conditions for the loss of the right of withdrawal are not met, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within the legal period by stating:

- name - email address used for the order - order number - withdrawal request

Refund

When a withdrawal request is admissible, the refund is made in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Unless otherwise required, it is issued to the same payment method as that used for the order.

Technical Issues

In the event of:

- expired link - inaccessible ZIP - damaged file - incorrect product - incomplete download

the customer may contact:

In particular, a new download link may be sent to them.

Double payment

In the event of an accidental double payment, the client must contact ALEH PRODUCTION so that the relevant transactions can be verified and regularised.
